We are Cliff and Laura. We decided to go full time in our RV in the spring of 2015. We bought our first motorhome in November 2011. Spent a week driving it home from Florida. We loved the camping experience, but not so much the big motorhome. 6 months later, we sold it to a couple in New York State, that loved it. Phew!!
Went looking for a smaller unit and came home with a 2012 Jayco 25′ travel trailer. Kept that for 2 years and loved it. Loved it so much, we decided to get something a little bigger. Next was a 2006 32′ SunnyBrook 5th wheel. Now we are in business! Joined a Good Sam camping club, did a lot of weekend trips, loved the 5th wheel and having a ball.
We made the decision in early 2015 that we want to go Full Time. So we traded the 2006 Sunny Brook for a 2015 38′ DRV Tradition.
We are starting this blog so that family and friends will always know where we are and where we are heading. Some plan to meet us in different places.
We are not writers and have no experience with writing a blog. We are very flawed people in a world of uncertainty. We are not going to get it right most of the time. We hope to encourage others to follow their dreams and see this beautiful country of ours.
This lifestyle is not for everyone, but it is working for us. We hope you enjoy our adventures.
